Applications:
CG-N253 is used as curing agent in acetoxy crosslinking RTV-1 sealant formulations. Within the curing reaction acetic acid is produced as a byproduct. Therefore, the corrosive reaction of the byproduct w ith substances like marble or iron has to be taken in consideration w hen using acetate crosslinkers.
CG-N253 does not contain any additives such as catalysts, stabilizers or adhesion promotion agents. If required, these additives have to be added to the sealant formulation separately.
